Native to South America, Vernicosa has a rosette shape with very stiff green leaves having an occasional purple hue. The bloom grows out tall in excess of the plant’s height, and the bract is a bright orange and red with white flowers. Vernicosa is drought-tolerant and prefers a high degree of light.
