1. Ordering Requirements
Wholesale Accounts Only
We sell exclusively to resellers and businesses with valid credentials.Provide a resale certificate or business license before your first order.
Florida customers must submit a current Florida Annual Resale Certificate to waive sales tax.
Minimum Order: $100 per order.
Minimum Quantities per Item:
Items under $2.00 → 6 units
Items $2.01–$4.49 → 4 units
$4.50+ → no minimum

2. Payment & Authorization
Accepted Payments:Â All major credit cards.
Authorization: A temporary 14% authorization is applied to estimate shipping and handling costs.
Final Charge: Processed only when your order is ready to ship. If actual shipping costs exceed the estimate, we’ll contact you for approval.

3. Order Processing
Typical Processing: 1–3 business days.
Peak Seasons:Â Mid-February through late May, and September through October. During these periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
4. Shipping Methods
Primary Carrier: UPS (Also offers Expedited Shipping).

Adding your order to our shipment can save you money!
This is especially valuable during the winter months, when freezing temperatures can restrict our ability to ship via UPS/Fedex and delay your order. We regularly work with the following foliage trucklines, among others:
5. Packaging & Handling
Packaging Fee: $6.50 per box (includes foil lining in cold weather).
Heat Pack: $5.50 per box when temperatures may drop below 45°F.
Export Documentation:
Phytosanitary Certificate:Â $60 (required for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international shipments).
Export Processing Fee:Â $50 per international order.
6. Cold Weather & Weather Holds
Air plants are temperature-sensitive. We monitor regional weather forecasts and may delay shipments when freezing conditions are expected.
In winter months, we add extra insulation and heat packs where necessary.
Customers will be notified if weather conditions cause a shipping delay.
Cold Weather Advisory:Â During severe cold spells, orders may be held to ensure plant safety. We will notify you by email with the next available ship date. Customers may opt to proceed at their own risk by confirming in writing.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure the shipping address is accurate and accessible during delivery hours.
Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.
Store plants appropriately after receipt to maintain viability.
Communicate any order changes or cancellations before processing begins.
Notify us promptly if your contact information or delivery schedule changes.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Returns: Healthy plants may be returned with prior approval; 10% restocking fee applies.
Cancellations:
Standard orders: up to 15% fee once processing begins.
Custom/special orders: up to 25% fee once processing begins.

9. Shipping Liability
All orders are carefully packed, but carrier delays or damage are beyond our control.
Standard carrier liability applies (usually up to $100 per box).
Please inspect shipments upon arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours with photos and box labels.
10. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations.
Customer responsibilities:Â Import permits, duties, and local customs compliance.
Additional transit time may occur for customs inspections.

Requirements

Care & Guarantee Policy
Upon Arrival

Open your package immediately upon receipt.

Gently remove plants and allow them to breathe in room temperature air.

Mist or soak plants in room-temperature water for 15–20 minutes before displaying.
Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants leave our facility healthy and in good condition.

If plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and box label.
Returns

Returns of healthy plants require prior approval and must be made within 7 days of receipt.

A 10% restocking fee applies, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
International Orders
