WHOLESALE ORDER FORM

1. All orders are shipped via UPS
2. It is our goal to process all orders within two business days.
3. Please refer to our monthly availability when filling out order form.
4. Availability may change daily.  Please call to confirm if no substitutions are permitted.
5. Please take note of our minimum order and discounts available which can be found on the monthly availability form.  Discounts apply to plants and finished  product only (not mounting materials or hard goods).
6. All plants that are $2.50 and less must have a minimum quantity ordered of 5
   units.
